Approved Contractors

NHS Trusts may carry out their surveys in-house or commission an approved survey contractor. Twelve survey organisations have been approved by the Department of Health to carry out the NHS Patient surveys on behalf of Trusts. Each of the approved survey contractors submitted information to help Trusts choose a contractor.

The documents for download describe the background to the organisations, their previous experience, quality control procedures, how they deal with confidentiality issues, information about costs, and contact details.
